"Exam season is upon us, and Ramadan is just around the corner. It can be difficult to both fast and study for finals at the same. Is it permissible to break one’s fast in order to write or study for an exam?
Part of fasting is to endure a certain level of hardship. When it comes to studying for exams, it is a case by case scenario. If a person comes to a level of hardship and difficulty while studying for exams, to the point where it may affect ones health, then you may break your fast. Otherwise, it is better to keep your fast.
