We are all familiar with the hadith that those who remove hair from eyebrows are the ones that receive the curse from Allah. This hadith needs to be understood in content. This hadith was aimed at a particular fashion and ideal of style that was prevalent at the time of Rasool Allah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .

It is important that we learn to differentiate the different parts of eyebrow and learn the different rulings that relate to it accordingly. And this ruling is not limited to women, men are included.
